《衛報》周三較早時獲得了一份公司內部備忘錄, 證實一名員工檢測呈陽性, 並稱任何在此人附近工作嘅員工都得到通知。
備忘錄說, 要員工於2月25日生病回家, 此後一直沒有回到公司的辦公室。
該公司仲話, 該員工在亞馬遜一家名為 “巴西大廈” 嘅地段工作, 該大樓係公司西雅圖總部的40多棟建築之一。
到目前為止, 該病毒在美國已造成11人死亡, 其中10人喺華盛頓洲。
全世界都造成近3300人死亡, 其中絕大多數喺中國。
臉書同微軟亦向該市的員工提供了類似的指導。
